⏰ Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation depending on availability.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Late cancellations may affect future bookings.

Clients who fail to attend appointments without notice may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
👧 Children’s Appointments
As we specialize in children’s hair services, parents/guardians must remain present during the appointment.
